Welcome to 2014

A new year and time to make new plans. I will look back and see what my aims were at the beginning of 2013 and see if I achieved them. Then I will give some serious thought to aims for this year for my clay work. I already have a few things planned.

I've committed to-
1 Late January an invitational exhibition called Signatures. Raku pigeons.
2 Writing an article for Ceramic Technical on the Albion Pottery.
3 An exhibition for late in the year with my English friend Susan.
4 Supplying Drift Gallery.

Wish list
1 Wood firing workshop in Bali in September.
2 Developing my functional ware to a higher level.
3 Spend more quality time in my shed.

All the above is before I've given my plans any serious thought, yikes! Well that's the plan so far. Who knows if it will be blown out of the water by the end of the month.

Below is my understanding of paradise, well almost, I should have included a photo of a big pile of clay sitting outside my shed but that would only appear greedy wouldn't it.

Happy New Year.
